Sues Over Nationwide Guard Deployment in L.A.

Gavin Newsom is following up together with his menace to sue President Trump over the deployment of the Nationwide Guard to Los Angeles … as a result of the California Governor simply filed a case in opposition to POTUS over it.
Newsom and the State of California are suing Trump, Protection Secretary Pete Hegseth and the U.S. Division of Protection over what Newsom says are “unlawful actions” to deploy members of the California Nationwide Guard.

Within the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Newsom claims Trump had no authority to deploy the California Nationwide Guard … Newsom says that the statute the president invoked clearly requires that motion to undergo the governor.
